- Mail Manager will cease to operate if you alter your computer's date after installation
- This software can be used as:

- A complete copy when purchasing a licence
- An upgrade for previously licenced copies

- Windows Vista (32-bit), Windows XP (32-bit and 64-bit), Windows 2000
Note: If you wish to run this program in Windows Vista (64-bit), please contact Oasys
- Microsoft Outlook 2002, 2003 or 2007
- Microsoft Outlook 2002 or 2003 requires service pack 2 or greater.
- Optional enhanced search feature requires Microsoft .NET 2 or higher.
- Notes:
- In Outlook 2007, the Mail Manager toolbar appears in the add-ins tab
- Mail Manager has been designed to work with Outlook 2002, 2003 and 2007. Whilst it may work with Outlook 2000, it is not been thoroughly tested in that environment
- If Microsoft .NET 2 has not been installed, the legacy search component is used
- A version of Mail Manager for use with Outlook 2000 is also available from here
